By accessing or using BulkResumes (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BulkResumes is an AI-powered tool that tailors your resume, cover letter, and recruiter email to a specific job description. The Service is provided on a credit basis. Credits are consumed when documents are generated.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@bulkresumes.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our payment processor. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Unused credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely; we do not store your payment details.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the content you input and the documents generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Service software, design, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content may not be perfect. We do not guarantee that generated documents will result in job interviews or employment outcomes. Review all generated documents before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkResumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
