Our policy
BulkResumes sells digital credits that are consumed when AI documents are generated. Because the service is delivered digitally and consumed upon use, we have the following refund policy:
Eligible for refund
- Unused credits within 14 days: If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical failures: If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end and credits were deducted, those credits will be restored to your account automatically. If the issue persists, contact us for a refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
Not eligible for refund
- Credits that have already been used to generate documents
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (we recommend using the free credits to evaluate the service before purchasing)
How to request a refund
Email support@bulkresumes.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
