We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: email address, name (via Google or LinkedIn sign-in)
• Resume and job description content you submit for processing
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation timestamps

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage credits
• To send transactional emails (account, payment confirmations)
• To monitor for abuse and maintain security

3. AI Processing

Resume and job description content you submit is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for processing. Anthropic’s data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Generated documents are stored in your account and can be deleted by you at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database
• Anthropic Claude — AI document generation
• Paddle — payment processing
• Google Analytics — usage analytics

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie (__session) for authentication. We also use Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@bulkresumes.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated documents are retained until you delete them or close your account.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
